Requirements :

+ Have minimum of 1 years experience in customer service

+ A service and people-oriented person

+ Have a clear communication skill.

Able to communicate in English both spoken and written

+ Target oriented, experience in sales

+ Positive attitude and willingness to learn

+ Have a problem solving skills

+ Ability to work individually and as a team member

Job Description:

+ Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls.

emails, and chats with knowledge and efficiency

+ Identify and address customer needs, with a goal of total satisfaction

+ Maintain a positive & professional attitude toward customers

+ Handle complaints, provide appropriate & quick solutions
