URGENTLY NEEDED: GENERAL SECRETARY
Work Location: Semarang
We are urgently looking to hire a General Secretary who is fluent in both Japanese and English, proficient in computer operations, and possesses a high level of initiative and enthusiasm.
Key Requirements:
- Female, with a professional and presentable appearance
- Fluent in Japanese (spoken and written)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in computer operations
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks and office operations
- Handle correspondence and communication in Japanese, English, and Bahasa
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments for BOD
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain records and documentation accurately
- Provide support to executives and other team members
- Assist in project coordination and follow-up tasks
