• Manage database, CRM, and lead segmentation.
• Conduct lead generation, nurturing, and follow-up through various channels.
• Build relationships and identify needs of prospective customers/owners.
• Develop community, engagement, events, alumni, and brand referrals.
• Run sales processes from needs assessment to upselling.
• Maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral orders.
• Handle sales pipeline, target, and reporting as well as conversion evaluation.

Tanggung Jawab

• Managing database and CRM system.
• Segmenting leads and performing lead generation and nurturing.
• Building relationships with customers and owners.
• Organizing community engagement and events.
• Handling sales process including negotiation and closing.
• Maintaining customer experience to foster repeats and referrals.
• Reporting and analyzing sales performance.

• Experience or interest in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Community, or Event.
