• Investigate and validate customer complaints related to product quality
• Conduct monthly audits to ensure SOP compliance across outlets
• Review CCTV footage to monitor incoming deliveries and outlet operations
• Support investigations and quality checks during new product trial implementations
• Prepare investigation findings and report quality-related issues to relevant stakeholders

Tanggung Jawab

Persyaratan

• Bachelor's Degree in any major
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Previous experience as a Quality Control (QC) professional in the F&B industry is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data
• Comfortable working in front of a computer for extended periods
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented with good observation and investigation skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
