• Full-time position located at headquarters, Yogyakarta
• Requires education minimum D3/S1 in Culinary Arts, Food Technology, or related field
• Strong understanding of raw materials, processing techniques, and food safety in bakery
• Detail-oriented, creative, innovative, and follows F&B product trends
• Analytical skills in taste, texture, and visual product
• Good communication and cross-team collaboration skills
• Experience in bakery/patisserie industry is a plus

Tanggung Jawab

• Research and develop new products
• Develop and compose recipes, production methods, and standard operating procedures for products
• Calculate and control food cost
• Improve existing products based on customer and operational team feedback
• Ensure consistent production of developed products across all outlets
• Provide training on new products to related teams

Persyaratan

• Minimum D3/S1 in Culinary Arts, Food Technology, or related field
• Strong knowledge of bakery ingredients, processing, and food safety
• Creative, innovative, detail-oriented
• Ability to analyze taste, texture, and visual aspects of products
• Good communication and team collaboration
• Experience in bakery/patisserie is preferred
