Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related field.
• Solid 3-5 years working experience as product developer or R&D within the Fast-Moving
• Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, specifically Shelf-stable category.
• Expertise in material sourcing, supplier management, and product quality control.
• Strong understanding of commercial sterilization processes, materials, and regulatory standards, with a focus on innovation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills, with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new materials and processes rapidly.
• Creative and innovative mindset.
• Ability to understand Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Willing to be located in Greater Jakarta Area (Jabodetabek).
